You should not be applying for other financial help if you are currently applying for an advance from MSF Auburn. If, before you pay us back, you want to apply for money elsewhere, you must tell us before you apply.

There is no problem if you have already been declared bankrupt, we should still be able to help you. If you are in process of declaring bankruptcy, we cannot help you.

So long as your application is complete, approval can take no more than 30 minutes if straightforward, but in more complex cases, a maximum of a few hours

Funds are usually transferred the day your application is approved. Clearance of funds, however, is subject to your bank/financial institution’s processing of electronic transfers. This usually takes one day, and in rare cases, up to two. If you need the money even sooner, you can request for a cheque.

We do need to confirm your work details if you are employed. Generally speaking,we will try not to call clients except to confirm payment or to ask a question about your application. Should we need to telephone you, we will not divulge any personal or any other information to third parties or the reason for our call. We say only that the call is a private call if someone other than you answers.

Yes, we can help. Evidence of regular income is what we are looking for, and in fact,
if you repay in full and on time, you will help re-build your creditworthiness and we are happy to supply confirmation of this.

Yes we do. We use Veda. If your application is not approved we provide you with a copy of the Veda search for your information.

What if my financial circumstances change after I’ve got money from you?
 Talk to us as soon as possible. We understand conditions can change. We will work with you to arrive at a win-win solution.
